1. To get your order within the guaranteed time, your need to select the respective delivery option during checkout.

2. The delivery guarantee applies to attempted delivery by the promised date. Tamil Nadu Auto Spares will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to receive it.

3. Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

4. Orders must be place within the time-frame mentioned on the product details page to avail the option.
